In addition to our expertise in SPMI, we are proud to accept clients through the Aging and People with Disabilities (APD) division. Our skilled team is well-prepared to provide the necessary care and assistance for individuals requiring support due to age-related issues or disabilities. By maintaining a safe and supportive home, we ensure that all our residents, regardless of their specific needs, receive the highest level of care and attention.

Our Services Include:
Daily Living Support: Assisting with activities such as meal preparation, laundry, routine and seasonal household care, and maintenance.
Personal Care: Helping with activities of daily living, including bathing, eating, dressing, and personal hygiene.
Shopping Assistance: Providing support for purchasing food and other necessities.
Money Management: Offering staff assistance, support, and training in managing finances.
Non-Medical Care: Delivering care that does not require nurse or physician intervention.
Socialization and Relationship Building: Encouraging social interactions and fostering meaningful relationships.
Transportation: Ensuring residents have access to transportation for various needs.
Community Participation: Facilitating participation in regular community activities and recreational opportunities, such as attending classes, movies, concerts, events in parks, volunteering, and voting.
Medical Appointment Assistance: Supporting residents in managing medical appointments.
Goods and Services Procurement: Assisting with acquiring or procuring goods and non-medical services beyond routine shopping.
Medication Management: Providing reminders, observation, monitoring, and administration of medication.
Health and Safety Preservation: Assisting in preserving the health and safety of individuals, enabling them to reside or be supported in the most integrated and independent community setting.

Private Pay Cost Information:
At Plenty Care Adult Foster Home, we offer flexible pricing to accommodate the unique needs of each resident. Our private pay contracts range from $4,500 to $12,000 per month, depending on the level of assistance required with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs). We are dedicated to providing exceptional care in a compassionate, home-like environment, ensuring that each resident receives the support they need to thrive.
